'aficionao' is the way people from Andalucía, the province in
the south of Spain where flamenco originated, pronounciate 'aficionado'.
It means, well, aficionado, as in 'aficionado of art'. In the context
of flamenco it specifically means "someone who likes flamenco a lot". It
also is the name of a small (20 pages) Dutch flamencomagazine (in the Dutch
language).
